Extremely disappointed. As SPG customers, we've stayed at many of their resorts. We called twice for our room to be serviced, the second time after arriving back at 9 pm. We were told to come down to the lobby so housekeeping could take care of it. 30 mins later, still no service. Now I'm still on hold waiting to speak to a manager.
Best place we have ever stayed @ while attending a Cardinal game @ Busch Stadium!

First trip to St. Louis, great location, big room and very friendly staff. When back in town, I'll stay here again.
I stayed here a few times before and had a series of small incidents that I made the management team aware of. On my most recent stay, Austin (I think was his name) was extremely accommodating and upgraded us to the executive suite for our troubles. I naturally booked another stay here for business for this current week. Despite hanging TWO signs on the door saying "no housekeeping" and "do not disturb," they knocked on the door THREE times this afternoon and woke up this sleeping night shift worker. Then they called on the phone to confirm what I already told two of the three people who woke me up, which was that we weren't checking out today and to please stop disturbing me. We enjoyed our weekend stay at "The Westin", the staff was very polite and helpful.
We have stayed in many hotels here and our favorite was this one. Great access to the city and amazing service and rooms. We will certainly be back here.
