The parking is a ripoff here. Then the decorum for such a high priced hotel is very outdated. They need to put money back into the hotel.
I love the Westin STL! Stayed 1/18-1/19. Was upgraded to a huge 7th floor room thanks to my SPG Gold Status. Room was clean and the bed was so comfy! All staff very pleasant and helpful. Had great crab cakes off the bar appetizer menu. Love this hotel and I am anxiously awaiting April 1st when I return for 3 nights and opening day of STL Cardinals Baseball against the WS Champions Chicago Cubs! Go Cards! Thanks Jaimie for already upgrading me to a Premium Corner room (fingers crossed for a stadium view)!!
Fantastic hotel central to the highway and all of downtown. The room was huge, and the staff was among the friendliest I've ever met at a hotel in any price range. Will definitely stay here again!

My wife and I stayed here one night for the Cardinals Winter Warmup and had an amazing stay. Room was awesome and staff friendly and helpful. Plan on staying here again!!!
I enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious and the amenities were impressive. I will certainly return. Constructive feedback: wait staff in the resteraunt (with the exception of the bartender) was slow. I left for the fact I was neither greeted nor seated. Might have been an off night due to the sleet. I'll be giving it another chance upon my return.
