Charging employees for parking really? NOT COOL
Allow ALL employees to park for free! I am (was) a regular patron at several UTC business. However, I will never do business there again until you allow ALL employees to park for free. As details emerge about the financing of the new parking structure and the mall's Draconian choice to force employees to pay for parking, I have decided that I can no longer do business with your mall.

I used to enjoy this mall; especially the large selection of stores, the ice rink, & the outdoor plaza with occasional live music. I will no longer shop there because Westfield UTC now charges shoppers & employees to park. I can not support a mall that charges minimum wage employees to park at work. I recommend Fashion Valley mall as an alternative.
Why would you charge employees and shoppers to park? Did you not see what happened to Horton plaza?

UTC mall should built more paking,instead of charging the customers. create the policy to track the drivers who parks more than certain hours. soon there are no bussiness if charging the customers.
Westfield Group has made a horrible decision to make shoppers pay for parking. 2 Hours? That's ridiculous! Why didn't you scale down the artwork and statues instead? Traffic trying to get in and out is horrific now! I guess I'm back to Amazon and there are plenty of great places to eat that don't involving your extortion of parking fees. Bad decision! I'm voting with my feet...
