The back path has turned into a dog park...No security patrol..No animal control supervision... Dogs off leash...Owners not picking up poop.. Not a lot of social distancing and no masks..Potentially dangerous environment...
They have racists working for them. Robert Villegas is supposed to be security but he is encouraging police brutality and is probably an undercover white supremacist agent. How can individuals feel safe in the mall when the security that is there for protection will more than likely use same police brutality tactics. Something must be done.
When you have to pay for parking that’s a deal breaker! We will take our business to fashion valley and if they start charging for parking then it’s all amazon. What a terrible business decision on there part!

My kids used to take photo with Santa at UTC mall every year and last night I took them to visit Santa and after waiting 40 minutes in line a young lady came and said to buy photo package with Santa. They even put charges on this? Used to be free and it was so frustrating waiting in line for so long and at the end they ask for money. It’s not about money, but is how greedy the administration of the mall is.
