Parking is horrendous!!! Cannot find your way out of the garage or back to your car. Takes half an hour just to find a parking spot.

I have been going to UTC Westfield for years. Because of the paid parking, I literally will stop going. No more buying dinner while relaxing in the sun. The only reason to go is to check out merchandise and have a relaxing walk. Being on the clock means just more stress, regardless of their bogus research claiming 85% stay less than 2 hours. Ticketing, payment, ticketing...monitoring. NO NEED. Buy Amazon, no ticketing, easier delivery. I will TOTALLY use my Prime account now to buy Amazon and not shop there. Serious. Bye UTC... read more
I highly highly suggest you have someone inspect food quality and safety in your food court. Today Sakura sushi smelled like a fish market but I ordered sushi anyway... I walk across the street and open it. All my co workers scream at me due to the smell of rotting fish. I touch the raw fish and it's WARM... I returned it and they gave me a full refund.
