Westfield UTC used to be a mall that was accessible to everyone and nice to visit. Now Westfield is going to charge for parking and many of the good stores have had to close. Westfield Corporation tries to advertise the extensive remodeling as making the mall more "family friendly" and "a place to socialize," but why bother spending money on a place that used to be free when there are beautiful parks nearby, not to mention other malls that don't charge for parking? Westfield UTC has lost my business.
Very disappointed that after years of construction and inconvenience to customers, UTC is now going to start charging customers to park. UTC is advertising that customers should come, shop and socialize however you will only get 2 hrs of validated parking. I believe this a bad idea. Parking was only bar with all of their construction now that the parking garage is complete and Sears closed there is plenty of parking. Charging for parking after all these years of inconveniencing your customers is not a good idea.
I go to UTC mall all the time and yesterday I walked into the food court to go fill my water bottle up and water did NOT come out!! It was more like dirty lemonade water. It was so muggy and grey SO NASTY!!!!!!! That's the kind of "water" you guys are giving to the public ?!?!?!!?! DISGUSTING I have pictures and videos !!!!!!! Even a security guard said "oh yeah that water is nasty I was hoping you weren't gonna drink it, you know you can get water from guest services " like WTTFFFF someone will get sick off that shit then y... read more
