The tech called and left a message that they were coming for the service. I did not get the message and the tech did not get in to the backyard. The service will need to be repeated. This takes time for me to reschedule the service.

We would recommend to others
We felt the service went well. Only problem I was concerned about and my wife was what we were to expect at the time of service. The office said we needed to wait 20 to 30 minutes after spray to dry. The tech told us we should leave for 2 hours. Also as per instructions on the contract,( as we weren't aware of) to wash all our cupboards with water before putting things back. It was never brought to our attention, so pack we did, unwashed. The service accomplished what it was to do. So we thanks you very much for that.
