Representatives very nice and professional. Usually call day in advance to confirm visit. Ant problem 100% eliminated. Still have lots of spiders (inside and around house perimeter). Wondering if there is something Western could do about that....

I love my tech. He does a great job... no complaints about him. I am not happy with the office and their phone system, how they put you on hold, transfer you, etc. etc. When they call back, they have wrong info. Very frustrating. I finally got my tech's cell number to communicate with directly. My price has been increased a couple times in the last 1-2 years. I am not thrilled with that. As of now, I am keeping my service but would not recommend them to anyone that may ask me.
service is great, on some of our sites we do not get service slips and we can not pay bills without the backup. every month we need to request the service slips and don't get them until weeks later, there has to be a better way. THANKS
The service is fantastic. Dave said he would be here in the morning and he was. Love not seeing any bugs or spiders. Wife is afraid of them. Thanks Dave for taking care of this.
We have ants inside and outside! My daughter's bathroom upstairs has thousands. Black trails coming up from the floor. It's never been like this before. What has changed?
