I have a rodent issue in my attic. We caught two quickly but there is at least one remaining. I hear him every night over my bathroom. The traps are set right at the entrance of the attic which is far from the bathroom. It has been over a monrth with no results. I would expect to have a trap set where I hear the noise. The technician seems too passive. I need someone who is going to be more proactive.
I already shared my review once now you are becoming a nuisance.
I have used Western Exterminator for years and will never change to another company. The person who comes to our house, David, is always right on schedule and is genuinely concerned about keeping our property pest free. When we have an unusual pest situation and we are not scheduled for a service for a while, David will come immediately and take care of it. So far so good. Ants are gone! Haven't seen but a few spiders but they may be pretty much gone too after the last visit by Todd. I have been out of town so will check around when I get a chance. Thanks
We have been using Western for 10 years, so when we had an ant problem outside of our normal service visit, Western came out the next day and sprayed the affected areas complimentary. Great service!
