have had the same technician since I signed up of the service, about 8 years. He always calls the day before to let me know he is coming. knocks on the door when he comes, is always friendly, does a great job, always asks if we have any problems. always pleasant. He must do a good job, because we have never had any problems in the entire time we have been with Western.

Rick is wonderful. He is a good listener of what's going on around the house. He takes the time and care to do an excellent job and to make sure that I am satisfied with his work. He always tells me that if anything else should arise before his next visit to just give him a call. Western Exterminator employs top notch people who care about their customers.
I think you know me. I've been a customer for 25 years. Your request came across my my email. Again, again an again. The tech. calls I'[m coming. GREAT! I'm not home....He never ever services the inside of my home. Which I believe I'm paying for both inside and outside service. I'm I right? $100 pays for in and out?

Always reliable, courteous, and helpful, Jesus has kept my home pest free for more than a year. No longer will an open bag in my pantry or crumbs on my counter attract thousands of ants! They simply are not there...such a relief! Thanks Jedus!
