I've been a customer for approximately 2 years. I just moved into our new home so I had to postpone service for a bit. Upon contacting you to have service at our new home, I mentioned having some gopher activity in my yard. The day of the service, the serviceman called because I wasn't home. I told him to proceed without my being home. He mentioned that gopher service would be an additional $245! This was not told to me over the phone. Very pleased with the service, with the exception they didn't correct or spray for spiders. which was to be included. Otherwise, fellows were just great, courteous and shown a great deal of knowledge. I would highly recommend your service.
