It is the worst place I've been to are slow, and most workers have no regard for your time waiting is 3 to 4 hours just for a few X-rays are very bad not recommend it for anyone looking to other specialists.
Super slow. I either sit in the lobby for hours past my appt or sit in a room for hours. Theyve screwed up teeth that didnt hurt before but do hurt since theyve done work to them. Wouldnt recommend this place to a dog if they needed work done.
I seriously don't like it. Because always wait longer than . When you asked why they taking to long , they said couple of patients ahead you but next one we are still there. I want to abused them but I can't. Because this is illegal. But I think they are doing all illegal.
Went in for a root canal June 25th.. I have no insurance, so I settled for less. Temp tooth fell out next day. Had it put back in.. Fell out 3 days later. Went to get my permanent.. Lab had contacted them needing a new mold. Never contacted me for that so sat for 3 hours while they made another temp. Went back again and the permanent didn't fit, so I'm back for another try. By far the worst freaking dentist any where!!!! They are more interested in taking advantage of you then treating or helping you. It's like having a used car salesman give you a sales pitch. Spent 5 hours there for nothing absolutely no help, no service, no exam just a sales pitch. Got what I needed for 1/3 the cost! They told me 5 cavities had 3. All the bad reviews you have read on this place are right!!! Omg I can't even begin. I was here last month for a regular old teeth cleaning...I was here for FOUR HOURS!!!!! Today I am here just to change the wires on my braces..a 10 minute total process in and out at the Folsom Western Dental and I have been waiting in the waiting room for almost an hour already!
