The Western Dental in Sacramento Ca. On Stockton Blvd and Friutridge Rd is the most unprofessional dental establishment I have ever given my business to. They are always always always an hour and 1/2 behind, the staff is so very rude and careless. I guess because of the area the staff treats everyone lower class. I was raised to treat the janitor like the CEO, this place needs a major over haul. My friend highly recommended this place for me. When I came in at the end of November guys told me that they don't take Health Net Insurance. I had to change my insurance in the start of December for Liberty but when I made an appointment at the start of December it appears I'm not in a system and they don't see me. I spent almost two hours on a cellphone try to figure out why they couldn't see me. I wasn't in a system Health Net Insurance and Liberty didn't make middle month transfer insurance. Shady dentist office. I just busted and turned them in for trying to bill my insurance twice and putting me through hell in the process. I so advise all to not go here and if you do already, find another dentist. smh.
