Recommended1st time here and it was a quick. No more then 20/30 minutes at most we were greeted by a gentleman named TONY. Thank you for the service and letting my son play with the iPad as walking into a dental office with 2 kids is NEVER easy but you calmed them down with your kind gesturers and made our experience GREAT!
I was quoted an arm and leg for my dental work that I needed.. went to another place paid half for the same work plus more.... never again will I go to western dental they are a total rip off.
How can you improve--going out of business and quit ripping off people.
When you come 10 mins early to an appointment and wait for 3 hours to be seen that’s just wow absurd! If you’re going to take forever to attend someone who was on time how about not schedule so many patients you can’t handle!
RecommendedJust don't be in a hurry pack lunch or dinner because their in no Hurry, I had to teeth extracted Cracked and Sharp the Novocaine I was given you would think last few hours only long enough for procedure which took 20 minutes and 20 minute ride home, did they start watering down the Anesthetic.

They need more dentists and they need to stop scheduling people at the same time and stop making them wait hours beyond thier scheduled appointments. They bring people into the examination rooms and make them wait even longer causing them to lose a whole day if they had something planned. When I was 18 one of the workers tried to pressure me into getting wisdom teeth removed befor they poked through my gums.
