Always a LOnG wait and staff are TOO ROUGH with their work. Showed up this time to the implant dr not being there and made a trip for be reason. Hard to schedule subs and coverage at work for nothing �
My Daughter jas had issues with 1 tooth. She needs pain meds we had to come in for another appointment this should jave been taken care of the fist appointment.
The worst! Unprofessional, Abusive, rude, and down right scary at times! the only reason they get so much business is because they except all forms of insurance! Look at all the 1 stars they got! I am now completely ruined from my visits in that torcher chamber! Thanks a bunch Western dental!

If i could give negative stars i would! The worst customer service! Horrible receptionists and rude Drs. Do not go there if you can avoid it.
I waited an hour and 45 minutes after my appointment time to be taken into the X-ray room. Less than10 minutes of x-rays and maybe 15 minutes of the dentist's time. I was told they were going to get me in for cleaning comma but 35 minutes later I had to flag somebody down to ask if they'd forgotten about me. The hygienist who was supposed to do my cleaning was currently with another patient and they said it was going to be at least another 30 minutes.
