Dr was very rude and unprofessional. I came as a ride for a patient that needed an extraction. Patient had an appointment last week. Dr totally contradicted him self with everything he told her last Wednesday. When I asked for clarification the Dr instantly coped an attitued, did not want to explain anything. RecommendedEvery thing they did to your mouth they explain before hand. They are not rough and they take there time. During the work they ask are you okay love it
The office manager at the MLK location, Iliana R. Montgomery, was the worst experience in the last couple years of being a patient with Western Dental. She was rude, disrespectful, dismissive, and when I asked for another representative to come and speak with myself and my mother, she became aggressive, threatening, stated she refused services and I had to leave.
