Hurt my teeth when dentist did cleaning.
The Dentist I seen today wasn't friendly at all, she left and I needed to make return a call she came back telling I needed to put my phone away, as if I was a child, and she didn't want to prescribe any antibiotics I didn't care about the pain because I had been taking Tylenol when the pain gets too intense but the way she came in during my X- Rays asking what was taking so long and I'm a new patient totally rubbed me the wrong way. And the long wait time as well. I wouldn't like to see her again just rude.
COLLECTIONS 1600 for TREATMENT NOT received. The office manager Stephanie was no help. She did not take the time to research my file to see that I did not receive the treatment. I was given a generic answer and was told their finance department had to deal with this and then Terry at financial told me the local office (Stephanie) was the one I should talk to. Dr was very rude and unprofessional. I came as a ride for a patient that needed an extraction. Patient had an appointment last week. Dr totally contradicted him self with everything he told her last Wednesday. When I asked for clarification the Dr instantly coped an attitued, did not want to explain anything. He then ended up rasing his voice at me. The office and work space were dirty with used gloves on the ground. I do not recommend this place for even my enemy. We walked out and left.
