ayer tenia una cita me presente y me dijo la recepcionista son mas de 2 horas de espera para los rayos x lleveba mis 3 hijas creo que hiba a salir de ahi als 9 o 10 p.m no habia donde sentarse no entiendo porque hacen tantas citas y no tienen tiempo suficiente para atenderlos a tiempo
If you want incompetent uneducated people to deal with, go here. This was the WORST EXPERIENCE dealing with Mario. He was extremely condescending & wouldn’t listen to anything I had to share about my dental health. Absolutely APPALLED with disgust at how he is allowed to treat potential patients. Asked to speak to his manager & A young Hispanic voice answered the phone & hung up on me.
Ugh the hygienist ran the suction by herself while cleaning, and I swallowed a bunch of water and now I’m soooo sick with a URI. But the front desk girl is really nice

If you are relocating, definitely bypass this place . I initially began my orthodontic treatment in Arlington, TX at Brident Dental a component of Western Dental . It was communicated that transferring care would not be a problem....... however it is . Constant mis-information and lack of accountability. As a healthcare professional and Air Force Veteran. I started a Relocation Network to help and assist others transitioning . Western Dental you’ve got to do better as an organization!
Place takes half your day and still nothing gets done.
