my experience with what they do to my 95 yrs old resident. I will not recommend Western Dental. The front desk (Cynthia) is really rude! just because we forget to bring my client Ca. IDs they cancel her appointment right away! Cynthia told us No Ca IDs...no service for you! I even told her that I am will bring her IDs back or fax it to you. she didn't even consider the situation of 95 yrs old lady who is a lots of pain in her tooth. so sad and

RecommendedSo I came into this location looking to get braces this absolutely amazing young lady Joana was the one to assist she was wonderful polite always had a smile on her face. Brought me in asap asked me what exactly I was looking for broke everything down to detail to make sure I had no questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend this location especially the help of Joana she was amazing definitely looking forward to my next appointment!
