They attempted fraud. Told me I'd need 12 crowns, a fluoride treatment, a $450 mouthguard, bone grafts (I could go on and on). It would've been over 10K in out of pocket expenses. I started weeping knowing I'd never be able to afford that and might need all those teeth pulled. poor customer servive. got there in time for my appointment and said i had to wait because there was two other people in front of me... then told me to wait in my car until i was called. i got called. an hour after my appointment time l, went in and they said i was late and they had to reschedual. and i could be seen for another 2 weeks. in top if taking in people that dint even have appointments in first.
they are rude do not know what they are doing . I had my teeth pulled on bottom the first denture was all fired out and went way back under my tongue. the second one is sharp and cuts my mouth. had an appointment at 1030 and still waiting on my car in the heat to be called in. I am told it will be another 30 min this is BS my time is important as well . please don't go there
My daughter has had braces on her teeth (put on by Western Dental) since she was 9, she is now 13!! We were told today that these braces are phase 1 and now we have to pay again for phase 2. Are you freaking kidding me!!??? Apparently she has a piece of bone or tooth lodged in between her front teeth and it can’t be fixed with braces. We have been waiting over a year for the surgical appointment to remove this piece and it still hasn’t been scheduled. DONT GO HERE! Due to Covid they have all the patients sitting outside. I was sitting in the chair next to the door the whole time as instructed. I paid attention for my name to be called. It never was. TWO hours later I went inside to check-in And was told they are no longer seeing patients. I told them I had been sitting outside in 100° heat for two hours and my Teeth were hurting as well as my clearly fractured foot in a boot. Service is horrible!!! My daughter had some brackets removed and replaced yesterday morning. Today we called to notifiers them that the back right bracket is not glued on and she is having trouble eating. Their response is we don’t have any appointments until next month!!!! What is my child suppose to do until next month!!! Spoke to a supervisor named Gladys and she said she can’t help! Very nice Western Dental!!! So much for taking care of your clients! Very disappointing!!! 😡
