They should shut their doors forever. They are terrible and everyone I speak to and every review I read goes on about how bad they are. I don't know how a business with such an awful reputation can still be in business for so long.
RecommendedSome 16 years ago I had a less than pleasant experience with Western Dental. I had taken my children there. Last week I lost a filling and had been having trouble with a molar for over 6 months. I tried many times to see my old dentist, but Covid-19 made it nearly impossible. To start the front desk ladies did not change their gloves a single time I was here. They each worked with 4 separate clients, did not sanitize, did not change their gloves and the receptionist was continuously touching her face and hair. This is absolutely unacceptable, they should be educated on cross contamination especially working in a health office. Hell No! These people are crooks and quacks. I wouldn't take a dog here. These people take advantage of people and do shoddy work.
I do NOT recommend this place!!!!! If you could find another orthodontist in the area, I would advice you go there. The entire Western Dental has poor service from corporate all the way down the the front desk workers. They told me 6 months for braces because essentially my teeth were not bad, I just had a small gap in the front that I wanted closed. I had no crooks and my teeth were straight. My teeth progressively got worse when I got the braces on and now they have been on for a year and 4 months! My teeth became uneven, ... read more

the worst ever...waited 3 hours before I was seen, and never got anything done but an xray and after 3 in half hours was sent home with nothing completed! this just happened to my husband the week before!

worst customer service I have ever seen. not just once but every time my family walks in the door.. would highly recommend going anywhere else. the "manager" is extremely unprofessional and rude in the office in Redding.
