Have lived here... (Verified Renter) Have lived here four years. Very positive experience. Quiet and neighbors do not bother one another. I feel very safe and feels like home to me. Office and maintenance guys are great. Moved fm out of state and rented sight unseen until day before I moved in. Very pleased and glad that no one but me has ever lived in my apt as everything was brand new. Would highly recommend
Apartment living isn't... (Verified Renter) Apartment living isn't for everyone, and there's always going to be some slight inconveniences inherent to apartment living (e.g., noise, parking, etc.) but Westwoods is the best apartment experience I've had.
I have lived... (Verified Renter) I have lived here for four years and love it. It feels like home to me. Office staff and maintenance are super nice and take care of any problem that I might have which has not been very many. Good neighbors. I am a senior and feel very secure and safe here. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to live.
excellent property with... (Verified Renter) excellent property with good location. Staff very helpful. Maintenance staff excellent. Just need to contact electrician to replace these large bulbs when they go out and they do seem to go out fairly often.

Property maintenance is... (Verified Renter) Property maintenance is severely lacking. More concern is shown over the front landscaping than regular building maintenance. Smoke detector batteries are not regularly replaced, buildings are not regularly pressure washed, common area lighting is often out and pool is not maintained on weekends.

Everything is positive,... (Verified Renter) Everything is positive, except for the fact that it is so easy to hear your upstairs neighbors walking around. Have never lived in an apartment where someone lived above me, however, so that must just be part of it. Otherwise, I love West Woods!
