All things being... (Verified Renter) All things being equal, this is a great place to live. Safe, well-lit, modern, fiber optic cable, nice facilities, and nice amenities. You can get apartments cheaper, but not with as much value. For me, the only other option would be buying/renting a house, so this is a great option in lieu of that.

Very Pleased Great location, and minutes from all major stores and shops. Property is clean and maintained. People are quite and despite a number of dogs its very quiet. Plenty of parking, gated and great for guests visiting as they can stay at the Courtyard Marriott which is ON the property! Its just on the outskirts of busyness but super close to 10/110. Took us 12 minutes to get to Downtown and probably 20 to the beaches. Airport is literally 15 min door to door, perfect for corporate travelers. The cubbie room is perfect... read more

I don't understand... (Verified Renter) I don't understand why it takes 5-10 days to get approval to move in. Other apartment complexes take less than 48 hours to approve.
The maintenance crew... (Verified Renter) The maintenance crew are extremely respectful and take care of the issue promptly. They are also friendly and genuinely care.
Right from the... (Verified Renter) Right from the beginning all of the office staff were so courteous and helpful and very polite . All of the grounds are kept up very well and maintenance is on top of any issue you have . Very nice well-kept Apartments . I love living here and would strongly recommend Westwood.
Very thin floors The apartment is nice and modern. However, the floors are SO THIN. I can literally hear every little thing my upstairs neighbors do. I’ve had to result to sleeping with ear plugs because the way my neighbors walk shake my entire ceiling. They should have invested in much better insulation. If that was fixed these apartments would be amazing.
