Verified Renter Great location but maintenance takes a long time to respond to requests, elevator is always broken, neighbors let their dogs walk without a leash and allows them to swim inside the pool. Not to mention dogs are not maintained and are owners leave their dogs waste on neighbors doorsteps. Mailing room is almost never maintained as well and packages get lost

Verified Renter The experience in signing all paperwork was easy. The apartment is not the cleanest. Bathroooms have mold. Seemed to not be cleaned and ready for move in.
