I would not... (Verified Renter) I would not recommend this apt community because I was not told the rent goes up year by $20 dollars. For those on a fixed income this is a little difficult

West Woods has... (Verified Renter) West Woods has a great vibe to it. The layouts are great with plenty of room. The screened in balcony is perfect. The staff and residents are great here. It is also an excellent location close to the interstate and easy to get anywhere.

I love everything... (Verified Renter) I love everything about West woods. The only problem I have been having is some dog owners not cleaning up after their dog. I personally have a dog and can longer go to the dog park because their is poop everywhere. Also now just walking around the complex, there is poop. It's getting frustrating that my dog tries to eat it and then she gets sick cause some people can't take responsibility.

My coworkers often... (Verified Renter) My coworkers often ask me and other Navy Federal employees who live here about West Woods and I do recommend it to anyone who does not work late hours. The primary complaint I have heard from others is that they can hear their neighbors.

Pet/dog breed friendly.... (Verified Renter) Pet/dog breed friendly. Quality and up to date interior. Outdoor property and landscape well kept. Sense of safety. Discount for Navy Federal employees.

I would hesitate... (Verified Renter) I would hesitate recommendation due to the lack of cleanliness and in some cases inconsiderate nature my neighbors display as well as the infrequency of the power-washing that should be done more often. I would recommend the apartment based on having my own washer and dryer.

Many potential residents... (Verified Renter) Many potential residents have asked me in passing on the property if I enjoy living here, my response is always yes. It's quiet and clean are my top two responses. Also it is close to work and I10 is another response I often provide.

The apartments themselves... (Verified Renter) The apartments themselves are great and our appliances are wonderful. I enjoy the inside of my apartment very much. The lawn and plants are pretty well maintained. I strongly wish that our hallways and stairways were cleaned on a semi-regular basis to reflect the luxury apartment look that we are paying for (both washing and ridding of debris) and that the bees nests were removed from the stairwells as well.

I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend this community because the personnel in the office are so helpful with anything you need, the community is very safe, there are so many great amenities here, the apartments themselves are in great condition and the other residents are respectable people!
