The complex desperately... (Verified Renter) The complex desperately needs another trash shoot. Every weekend there is trash piled so high around the dumpster (and of course, it stinks). You also need to pressure wash the outside of the doors more - it gets so moldy so fast. I've also had a few maintenance requests and they have taken forever to complete - I've had to follow up on some of them months later.
