Verified Renter Very homey yet it feels like we’re on vacation living here. Such a nice complex! So close to the highway and to anything you need - restaurants, fast food, grocery.. We highly recommend living here.
Great Place to Live! We lived here for a year (recently moved out of the area or we would have renewed our lease) and loved it. The apartment storage, upgrades, square footage/layout and office space is unmatched. This was the best apartment we could find in Pensacola and we were not disappointed. Pools are super nice and well maintained and everyone is fun and nice when they’re at the pool. Plenty of parking available. Maintenance is quick and super friendly as is the front office team. Verified Renter West woods has the most qualified, personable, and intentional resident staff I have ever EVER experienced. Besides that, the community is gorgeous, homey, personal, and fun all in one. I honestly feel like I was welcomed into a huge family here!

Verified Renter When we moved in the apartment was quite dirty, and there things that had to be fixed. The community would be so nice if people actually picked up after themselves and their animals. The trash bins are always full at the pool with maggots and flies. The grounds are not sought after with trash everywhere. Nice apartment community but lack of work ethic.
