I am in... (Verified Renter) I am in my sixth year here and feel like it is home. We have an excellent office staff and maintenance. All residents get along peacefully. No excessive noise from neighbors. I am a senior citizen and feel very safe living here. At the time I moved here I may have one of few seniors living here. I have noticed that we have quite a few seniors here now.
Aside from the... (Verified Renter) Aside from the fact that no one cleans up after their dogs and no one at the complex seems to care about doing anything about it, I would 100 percent recommend living there.

Not exactly luxury There are roaches that never seem to go away (even with multiple visits from pest control), people who don’t put their trash in the compactor, dirty breezeways, and other minor issues

The grounds are... (Verified Renter) The grounds are kept clean and organized, service is always incredibly friendly and timely, the apartments themselves are beautiful, modern, and homey.
This is a... (Verified Renter) This is a great community, and I feel that what you get for the value far exceeds many other places. I really hope that with the building of the new hotel and ER nearby, it is still a pleasant area to live in.
