There's only one... (Verified Renter) There's only one way to enter and exit onto street. To make a left turn, you have to cross two lanes of oncoming traffic and merge onto oncoming traffic. It will be even more difficult once the hotel is down being built in lot next to apartment complex. This will invite and pose an uninvited invitation to non-residence to enter our gated community.

I told him that the amenities that you have are fantastic, the fact that the pools are resort like and with one of them that has a tv so you could actually sit in the water and watch tv is awesome!! Won't find better anywhere Westwood is located perfectly just off I10, close to all necessary shopping needs. Landscapers and grounds/maintenance people keep it looking resort quality. Prices are very reasonable and property is very safe. The management team is so professional and courteous. And if you love dogs? This is the place for the pooches! Two dog parks and a spa no less! Going on my 2nd year I just signed my 2nd year lease and wanted to just say I have had a wonderful experience here. Management is always nice and professional and always take care of things. A fantastic experience:)

Overall pretty good!! Awesome management and amazing amenties for the price, especially if you can get a work or military discount. Only thing I really don't like is that the floors are much thinner than what we were told when we toured the complex. It's hard with a dog keeping the noise down, but it is apartment living. I absolutely LOVE that they are truly pet friendly without breed restrictions. I appreciate that a lot. Love the modern feel. West woods apartments The Apartment complex is not taken care of the area in and around each building. There is green growth all over the concrete right by my door. The stairs up to the door are stained of gross things and dirty

A place to call home I lived at Westwoods apartments for 18 months until December 2017. Everyone, from the office staff to the other tenants, were very nice and friendly. When I first moved to Pensacola, I was looking for a place my family could feel safe and I found just that at Westwoods. The gate was always closed, unlike other gated communities that the gate is always open for anyone to get in. During Hurricane season the hurricane shutters made me feel at ease.
