Wesley did what they said they could do for us and despite needing to pay upfront, they saved us significant money and the fee ended up being less than we would have paid in maintenance fees and loan payments in less than a year start to finish! now we are out of the money pit.
They were very professional and were able to get my problems taken care of faster than I thought was possible. I am almost done it is on the final process. I cant thank them enough for relieving the stress that was caused by this. This company is great for timeshare relief. I highly recommend them.

Very attentive they follow with you from beginning thru the end one thing I really appreciate is that they didn't stop my case when I made a pause on payments due to sickness or harassed me for payment they really care and want to help now I'm on my final step to get resolved thank you everyone and each person that work on my case thank you!!! It was all they explained. Each team member kept me informed of every step and they continously fought for me through each set back until the timeshare company finally backed down. I definitely recommend this company!
I was skeptical about using one of these companies but figured it couldn't hurt. Everyone from the initial consultation to Summer, our Resolution Specialist, was fantastic. They laid everything out and pulled no punches. Summer kept in contact with us and walked us through the process step by step. We were fortunate that it only took one letter to get resolution. Now we move to the final days and will be free and clear from this ownership contract. Thank you Summer and the entire Wesley team.
They reviewed my case, went over everything with me, created emails for me to send using the right buzz words and made the process stress free. I am currently in the last phase and am very happy that I went thru them.
I do not believe that this company is worth the cost. I used Wesley starting in 2019. They were very friendly people and give you plenty of information on their owner fighting with Timeshare companies in court but they don't go to court for you. They had us pay $10,000 and that was with a military discount. They they started putting complaints on the Timeshare we were trying to leave. This didn't cause much action.
