The process was seamless and effortless. The team was very informative at every step and took care of every detail. The only down down check, my case transferred to at least 3-4 people through tour the time it took to resolve the case. Over all satisfied with how everything turned out.

Wesley Financial Group has been great to work with. Danny, Tommy and Mersiha were fantastic. They explained everything really well to us and Mersiha, got the Time Share Company to agree to take our time share back in under 24 hours. Just waiting for the Closing Department to help us finish the paper work once the Time Share Company sends it.
After years of not being able to satisfactorily using our ownership, either directly or through exchanges, we had had enough. With some skepticism, we contacted Wesley Financial Group. Due to extreme foot dragging by the timeshare company, the process took about a year and a half, but due to the guidance and persistence of their agent, Ms Christy K*****, we have now been accepted into the owner release company. Without her efforts and guidance, the process would have been a nightmare.
This company was professional, organized, delivered fast results and maintained excellent communication throughout the whole process. Highly recommend.
Wesley financial group assisted us in getting out of our timeshare which was sucking us dry with all of the broken promises. It was a difficult time with COVID and all but I think our issues were resolved. Still waiting for our hopefully positive outcome from Wesley financial group concerning being completely done with our timeshare. All of the staff were very professional and courteous.
