This is a great company to work with. The staff are very responsive and guided us throughout the process. They explained in detail how it works before we signed up. There are different teams for the different phases of the process. All of them were exceedingly helpful, easily reachable and would respond right away. I was always able to get a hold of someone when I needed to, and they were always helpful and kind.
Great news!!! We are out of our time share thanks to Wesley, The entire team was wonderful. They guided us every step of the way and communication back-and-forth was rapid. A burden has been lifted off of our families shoulders. It won't happen overnight, but Wesley will get it done.
On 3/11/2021 @ 8:57pm, 3 min within the time of solicitations. Wesley Financial Group, LLC called and spoke to my mother who does own a timeshare. Person said they were with ***************. I have legal guardianship of my mother. She repeatedly said they needed to speak to me. After handing the phone to me I asked the person who they were.
