Long, arduous process. Not a lot of communication but they did provide updates about every 30-45 days. Was good to have someone who had been through the process to tell us "next steps" and "what to expect at this stage."

I had a great experience with my support specialist Mersiha M*******. She was very knowledgeable about the cancellation of a timeshare. She answered all my sister and my questions in a professional manner and without hesitation. Less than a week later, she called to tell me that my name will be taken off the deed. She had a pleasant attitude and made me feel comfortable from our first conversation. They are great! Believe me, I was very skeptical about doing this, but I am glad I did. They worked diligently on my case, kept in contact weekly, and were so nice and explained things a million times to me. I asked a lot of questions and they knew it all. Upon entering into a contract with the Wesley company, communication was consistent. Following each step, a representative reached out to provide us with an update. All of our questions were answered appropriately. However we were assigned, numerous caseworkers which was a concern.
