I had a great experience with Wesley Financial Group! I worked with both Ariel and Chelsea and they helped me wonderfully throughout my entire process; very fast at getting back to me with updates and always made sure to inform me of everything that was going on. Chelsea was extremely personable, got back to me very quickly on both urgent and non-urgent matters, and made me feel as my services were important to her. Very honest and trustworthy company!!

Wesley Financial Group has I think gotten rid of my timeshare. I'm still getting calls about the mortgage so we're not quite there yet. But I think it is really happening. Thank goodness. They were good to work with. They were expensive but the peace of mind will be worth it. I can't wait until it's finished.
They work very diligently to get you out of the scam of timeshares.
It was easy and every step was explained to us. Took longer than expected but I think that depends on which timeshare company you are working with.

They did such a great job. Always there to answer any questions and put my mind at ease. I would recommend Wesley to anyone trying to get out from under a time share nightmare.
They did what they said they would do and in a timely manner. Customer service and communication was excellent, but in my opinion Wesley Financial charges WAY TOO MUCH for their services! I pretty much wrote my own letter (email) which ultimately got me out of timeshare ownership. I didn't know who to send it to, so they helped me with that, but I feel I could have figured that out on my own had I made a few phone calls. Based on our records, the above individual was not charged any additional fees by Wesley Financial Group, LLC, and instead was fully reimbursed to cover the stated exit fees that the timeshare required to be paid in order to secure their cancellation of ownership. This issue was resolved on September 28th, 2020, by an amendment for reimbursement which was signed by the client and is currently on file for reference if needed.
Wesley Financial Group relieved us from the stress and worry of unexpected fees, and the rising cost of the timeshare we could never get a vacation scheduled. They were professional and stayed in contact throughout the entire process.
