Wesley walked us thru the whole process. Finally free of our time share after 35 years. They also renegotiated our exit contract and returned $1300.00 to us. It took four month start to finish.

Excellent. I reached out to Wesley Financial toend my timeshare. They were honest and straight forward with me and stepped me thru the process. They did exactly what they promised. The support was outstanding. As they handed me off to each department, the communication on point and they ever left me in the dark.
Although the process took longer than projected, when I became disillusioned and suspicious of the company, the rep patiently addressed my concerns and asked me to trust the process. She regularly communicated with us via email throughout the entire process as she oversaw and responses to the timeshare's process for exiting the system. They did exactly what they said they would.
Everyone at WFG was very professional during all of our calls and other information exchanges. Taylor P*** in particular did an outstanding job of keeping me apprised of the project status. More importantly, she help me maintain my faith that a satisfactory solution would be achied. Kudos to the entire WFG family.
WFG got us out of a 19 year long timeshare in only 9 weeks. They prepped us for contacting our timeshare and coached us for what to say and how to talk to the timeshare to get them to accept our request to cancel our timeshare contract.
Followed their process as described. Mercede was professional, friendly, and responsive to inquires and timely in her responses.
