We have been giving $$$ to the timeshare company year after year and we can`t exchange or been able to use it.I called WFG in April 2020 and was out of my timeshare by the end of the year. WESLEY FINANCIAL GROUP DELIVERED ON THEIR PROMISES. Despite the enormous challenges imposed by the Covid Pandemic and its detrimental effect on normal business practice and communications, Wesley accomplished all that they promised. the case involved a highly resistant major corporation that demonstrated great reluctance to admit its subordinates had used deceptive and high-pressure tactics to bully vulnerable elderly customers into multiple contracts to achieve ever-elusive, unfulfilled standards of service.
Wesley Financial Group helped us to rid ourselves of our burdensome timeshare. It only took a few months and our personal representative, Hannah, was very helpful throughout the entire process.
