What happened, Wellstar? The ER in the new facility was good in the beginning. Now, I am sitting here with my fragile husband and wondering how I can get in touch with the DON for this facility. Our experience is that bad. Your staff has become cold and uncaring. Could you please send me a message on how to contact the DON?
Terrible experience with Imaging Center. Really makes me question doing business with Wellstar. Definitely not patient centric.
Who the hell sends someone to collections that is paying off their hospital bill! I swear you have to be ignorant to work here in the billing department. So you send the payers to collections to ruin their credit and you leave the deadbeats on the books. OMG even in this new state of the art building they suck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A huge thank you to the nurses and staff at the Wellstar Paulding Hospital. Our three year old son had surgery this morning and everyone we came in contact with was very kind, gentle and hospitable. We were pleasantly surprised with how wonderful they were to our son and us. The surgery went smoothly and the entire process was seamless. Dr. Vick and his team were awesome. Thank you all so much for taking good care of our little boy!! God bless!
The nurses were awesome as before but once again the doctor was not worth anything. ..he was so quick to push my daughter's issue out the door he missed key things and just flat out didn't do his job. We got her to a real doctor and she to was a Wellstar doctor and she said, "How did he miss this?" Answer...because he didn't wanna do his job. All you have to do is care and you will feel a need to find out what is wrong with this person. ..I'm gonna at least try to help. Nice new building. ..but same care less doctors.
