Since when does a hospital allow it's staff to scream at a 3 year old child and then send this same child home without any type of answers? My granddaughter is sick with ears, nose, cough and fever and all they said is that it's viral and that we are being over dramatic! Take into consideration that we don't take her to the doctor unless she's definitely sick! Disrespectful, uncaring and unprofessional!
Pathetic. Short southern lady wearing glasses should be held accountable. Lazy, wouldn't get my mom any pain medications while my mom was shrieking in pain until "she asked her questions"... In the old days if they needed help THEY GOT IT...
Outstanding nursing staff. I cannot say enough good things about them! They helped my husband and I pull together an amazing wedding so my father could attend, even though he was in ICU. They helped create memories we will treasure for a life time. Thank you, thank you!
So my husband has an ankle injury, he can hardly walk the desk is full of people. Volunteers, a nurse and someone else at front desk not one of them offered us a wheel chair or help. They were all transfixed by the Fox News Broadcast about the Iowa Caucus. Absolutely ridiculous. Can't wait for the survey in the mail after this visit.
I was here a whole week. Everybody was so kind an made sure I wascozy.
We could not of asked for better service than what my mother received. 7 days in hospital and no complants
Very nice staff! Clean hospital! They always greet you when you walk in the door and have great relational skill with kids.
