They are very nice and helpful in all aspects of care
way to go. we shared the video with wsbtv of yall refusing to treat him bec he asked for a different nurse. i promise yall if he dies from cardiac issues or bec yall refused to treat him you will be sued. also tell your security guards its illegal to try and take someones phone. hopefully WSB-TV reviews his video and shows people how yall really are.
Went to the children's ER. I only gave this facility a 3 because the majority of people were very helpful. The initial caregiver didn't seem interested in my thoughts regarding my child's condition. When I suggested a certain test, I was told that he didn't have the normal symptoms and that I should follow up with my doctor to have him run it next week. This is a really nice building and would be a fantastic place for a good hospital. Unfortunately it turned out to be another waste of money. This hospital and most of its staff will kill you. The ER is a joke. The admittance staff makes triage calls they are not trained or knowledgeable enough to make. I saw them treat a patient nasty and hateful then to find out he was truly in acute distress and he eventually had to be air lifted to another hospital in order to save his life.
