The ER waiting room is tiny. The pediatric side is NEVER OPEN!! The triage nurse was super rude!!! I tried to sign up online and it wouldn’t let me because it considered chest pains emergent and when I got there it caused the wait to be even longer crammed in the tiny waiting room (since the pediatric side wasn’t open) and we had a (I’m assuming drug addict who was ready to get their fix) flipping out screaming the f word really loud over and over and no one (that worked there) cared. just a very bad experience!
I will NOT go back. After a week of pain I went in and told the doctor it was not a muscle spasm. Based on my medical history I know what that feels like. After 8 hours, an Xray and a CT i was told it was a muscle spasm. You would think after a shot and two muscle relaxers and my pain still at a 10, she would believe me. Fast forward another 2 weeks I am still in horrific pain. Can't wait to see my bill. It would be beneficial for doctors to listen to their patients.
