came to the emergency room today because I was having pain in my lower back. came a little before eleven o'clock this morning and it us three nineteen and I am sitting in the hallway outside of the rooms still in pain because the nurse practitioner went to get some meds for me and never came back. now everyone is passing me in the hallway like I ain't even here. I am having muscles spasms in my lower half of my back and I guess it just not that important to them.
RecommendedYou have great providers and you have good providers and some of those are providers with a few years of experience. This is a nice, clean, new hospital but they are not equipped or experienced to help every patient and all illness and maybe you should do your research first before going here. They make you wait a very long time and then if you can’t be taken cared of them they ship you to another hospital and they tell you that the ambulance ride over to the other hospital is free when it’s not and they do nothing for you!! Why are they even open if they can’t help you?
We will go to Tanner in Villa Rica next time. Over 3 hrs here and a hour of that in the hallway of the ER before seeing anyone. This hospital and staff has gone downhill in the past couple of years. Thank you but no thank you. Sure hope we don't get charged for a room since we never entered one.
I wouldn’t bring my Puppy here if I had to. Here right now and the Adult side sucks. Pediatric side is great but over here it’s disgusting. There rude, talk to u any kind of way act like they don’t care. I’ll be glad when I move so I don’t have to deal with them. I had way better service when they were behind the courthouse. Now they’ve gotten bigger it’s like they act different. The love and care for patients is lost. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼.
This Hospital has to be the worst Hospital I the state of Ga. they don't care about their Pt. or the Family its all about money for them, I would rather suffer at home than go to this Hospital. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE BEBORE GOING HERE!
I normally get very good service here bit this is horrible! I'm so upset! This is the worst visit at WellStar Paulding Hospital ever! Hurt my arm, possible dislocation... the Nurse is rude & condescending & Doctor is MIA!! Just want to go home! I'm in so much pain, I could cry! Update: I was never emailed back & nothing was done to help me even after I emailed them.
I had the best team on the 6th floor from the cna to the dr. I was treated with respect as I treated them. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my ordeal and they got me better and got me home with my family. That was my home for a week.
