My grandma has been there for over a week and has been neglected and mistreated. To make matters worse, no one is allowed to be with her because of covid restrictions, which are different for every hospital. No one ever calls us back or informs us of what is going on. She’s not allowed to have anyone with her, and we aren’t allowed to advocate by phone?! She has been having mini strokes, so she is often confused and scared. We are in the process of contacting the case worker and hospital administration. After we talk to them... read more

this place is just ridiculous. my husband calls and sees if you can check in to the Er over the phone (kennestone you can) and the lady literally just hangs up on him. we get to the Er, my husband has a very very injured back from the army and a kindey stone passing through now, which is making his back pain way worse. he can barely breathe, barely walk on his own and the lady won't even let me stand next to him while they check him in. I understand the coronavirus I do, I had a mask on already. she said no matter the health... read more

Couldn't be with my loved one in time of need. Security ran me out. 88 year old father in law with heart pains, and no hearing aids. Made him sit all alone!!!! Total bs!!!!!!! Hope to NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!!!

My kid had a panick attack we were afraid might have been an alergic reaction. A paper bag administered and vitals taken eneded up as a $1500 bill. Class 3 of 5 ER visit for a panick attack?! Average class 3 ER visits are less than half this price nation wide. Georgia is known for LESS expensive cost of living not double the average. SHAMEFULL. I will be fighting this.

Have nurses that don't want to kill the elderly and not act like they are God and tell you when its your time to die. Who cares what the patient has on paper and that they were really not capable of making that decision. They did what they wanted not what my mom wanted on her paper. And asking her like her family wasn't there watching them if she would rather die.

I came via ambulance to this hospital because of the EMT’s suggestion. HUGE mistake! I was put in the waiting room for 6 hours. While waiting, there were no masks required. A man was coughing, I asked the triage nurses if he could be asked to put a mask on and was advised that it was “his choice.” I was discharged from the hospital. However, they neglected to tell me that my potassium was dangerously low (even though they tested it). Two days later, I ended up at Piedmont hospital with the early signs of a heart attack due t... read more
