Have received great bedside manner and quick service every time I have been! They all had a great attitude and were very caring and attentive to me and my family each time. From the admissions to the nurse's to the Dr.'s, I sincerely appreciate what you do.
Garbage! My kids and I have been to numerous ERs all along the East Coast and NEVER been billed separately for EVERYTHING done. If you have insurance with a copay don't go here!!
The customer service is awful. I had a pre authorization from my insurance company for surgery. This hospital would not accept it. They wanted the money up front. Set it up at Emory they have been super. Rome has two great hospitals Villa Rica has one also. Anything is better than Wellstar
Horrible hospital. Flushed air into my IV, changed nurses three times without introducing themselves and then when we found out I had a contagious stomachs bug that is spread by touching contaminated surfaces they never wore protective items and let me continue to use the public ER rest room which likely spread it to others. Hospital could have cared less
The pharmacy ....Unmatched professionalism !! All business should be ran like this. The folks there, to put it mildly, are awesome !! Best I've ever seen.
