Took my mom to the ER here last night and I can't even begin to explain the wonderful experience (minus the circumstance) we received. From the front desk service, triage, doctors and the wonderful nurse, Susan and then the discharge. We couldn't have been more satisfied with the service she received. Thank you all for what you do to make people feel better!
Dr. Penn was one of the most rude and unhelpful doctors I have ever received care by. I came into the ER with lower abdominal pain and lower back pain and he treated me for a headache. When I told him I didn't agree with him, he was quick to inform me that I didn't go to medical school and he would no longer be helping me. Being a self pay patient, I felt that I have wasted my time and money to get no resolution. My first visit to your ER. The staff were all fantastic, quick to respond to my ant bite allergic reaction. They also did tests on my heart as the reaction was causing chest pain. I felt lucky to get the treatment I needed. I will always think of you as great providers and compassionate people. Thank you.
We were serviced quickly, professionally and efficiently. I have NEVER been in ANY hospital before where all of the staff members were so nice and seemed genuinely concerned about our issues. Hats off to this staff and a special thank you to Henry Nygren MD, Phyllis Coker RN, Sarah (took my son to radiology), the insurance person (gave me valuable claims information) and it all began with the folks at the registration desk.
