I have had this Insurance discount program since the beginning October. And had not single thing taken care of until Vivia came on the line. Sne has done more for in the last two weeks then the other five people have talked to in the past two months. Vivia is very helpful, curtious, professional and very knowledgeable of your company. I will only deal with her and by God you need to give her a raise. Thank you, ******** ******
Very polite and very helpful
The process seems to work if you are patient and take the extra steps required. Also, the office hours are not that user friendly, even though the staff is. Wait times are an issue as well. But eventually the discount emails arrive as promised once you get a person on the phone.
Christine with WPA is doing a great job at working on my needs. She is dedicated and want stop until there is a resolution.
I had a very helpful gal help me with getting discounts on my prescriptions. I forgot her name. I was very happy with how friendly and helpful she was.
My experience was positive.My call was returned in a timely manner and Vivia was very informative about how she was going to help me with appointments and the time frame.
