I had a good experience with Tonya at W.P.A. She helped me get the medicine that I needed at an affordable price.
This was my 2nd time requesting blood work with wellness Plan of America. This time was MUCH easier, thanks to Danny O. He walked me through everything. Followed up with a call to make sure I received the order slip and resent it to me a different way when I couldn't open and read it. Excellent representative!
I had a very good experience with ***** O., my Escalations Supervisor. He was patient and answered all of my questions. Once I got started, it was a very easy process.

I couldn't have asked for a more experienced contact representative. She followed up and actually called me and my Dr.'s office as promised. I am extremely happy with my interactions with her.

I love this company, and the savings are huge. They are not an insurance company but they should be. My specialist name was Tonya and she was exceptional, I swear she was like a blood relative I felt so comfortable with her. Keep up the great work, you guys are awesome!
