Daniel was wonderful He walked my husband and I through the whole process of getting his lab work done. Following up with us to make sure all went well and faxing the results to the Dr. for us.

I had the staff help me order my lab work. They were very helpful. Adam, the manager, walked me thru the process since this was the first time using the on line service. It was very easy. I always have someone courteous on the phone whenever I call.
I love wellness plan of America because they do there best to meet your needs or solve your problem. They are very prompt with answering your calls and directing your call to the right agent. The workers are very helpful and patience.
I have only used WBA two times Once for my wife and once for me.Adam was more then helpful .He explaned step by step what I needed to do was not pushy or in a hurry. I would like moor customer service people to be as helpful...
