what a GREAT experience we have had! the insurance and discount plans marketplace is very, very confusing. we felt like a fish out of water, but our advocate, christine, was patient, knowledgeable and very, very helpful. she even stayed late to assure us the best price for a prescription.

First off, let me just say that since I've been an active customer / member with Wellness Plan of America they have consistently went above and beyond to help me out in any way they can and with whatever situation I may have needed assistance with. Their customer care has personally for me been above superior. My expectations thus far with W.P.A. have been nothing short of phenomenal, especially when in regards to the main two W.P.A. I talked to VIvia about making an appointment for my child at the dentist, which she checked it out for me and got back to me. As we were talking I was coughing very hard and I asked her about the teledoc and she worked very hard to get me what I needed and wanted at a better price. I really enjoyed working with her.
