A fellow named Adam helped me set up my lab work. He was great! I called back needing further assistance and he called back within 5 minutes.
Cheryl (last name not given) was incredibly helpful in finding me a proper and affordable specialist for my needs. She was also pleasant to converse with while taking all of my information. I was very pleased with the overall experience indefinitely and look forward to dealing with her again. A+
After signing up, it took a couple of days to get connected with a person to start getting my spouse's medication. The initial consultation went very well and advised me the steps to get my spouse's medication. Unfortunately even though advised, it took about a month and 10 days for the discount approval arrived. It will be about 10 days to get the medicine delivered. So far, everything is proceeded as advised. However, it should take less time.
Very informative and got right back to the doctors and myself within minutes.
it is so confusing the lab and wellness plan if for labs only. I got a lab form from my doctor but I cant go get my blood drawn until I fax the lab form to them then they will call me within 24hours.
