WPA is NOT an insurance agency; people need to understand that. They are basically patient advocates. If you are able to afford health care insurance, you should try to go in that direction. However, our son chose to purchase a WPA plan, so this review is based on our experience with WPA as a whole since WPA was the organization we had to deal with. Danny worked with me to get the type of lab test done that were needed, he was very patient and understanding. Even through I am a little slow on the computer sometimes. His patience was very reassuring and made me very comfortable in making the arrangements for my husband and myself. I very much enjoyed working with him.
