Went to my Surgery in New Eltham today to get some help on requesting part of my Medical Records that I need in a private matter. Jade who is one of the receptionist’s really helped me out no end by writing out my email for me and sending it the their admin people. Great and friendly service 10/10
I had an appointment today with Dr Huda Wahla. I was treated with patience and understanding and referred quickly to the Rapid Diagnostic Clinic for an opinion. It was the best outcome I could have hoped for to try to find the cause for my symptoms. Dr Wahla also arranged for me to have a number of important blood checks + a Faecal Calprotectin test. I am grateful for her kind help. One grateful patient
Very prompt and helpful member of staff in the medical secretary team today.
Very prompt and helpful staff. Immediate attention is provided to patient in need and the blood results are actually quite quick and the follow-up is really prompt. Very very happy to have changed to this surgery after 15 years of living in this country. Thankyou to the staff and the Dr Malik.
