Over the last 2 years I feel this surgery has improved so much . I also feel the walk in clinic is a bonus if unable to get an appointment any other way. I have had good care from gps and majority of staff have been efficient and helpful. Avery hill practice is very good too.
Holly House surgery has improved quite considerably. Wait time has been quick. The 2 Dr's I've seen recently have been patient and understanding. Also the nurses. The reception staff have been helpful and accommodating, especially Katrina and Jade. It would be good if you could still get a phone appointment whenever abroad. It caused me great anxiety when all I needed was advice and reassurance. It's the receiver who gets charged, if any not the caller.
I had an appointment today with Dr Wahla, She was very thorough and listened to everything I said. She asked lots of questions and carried out some tests. I was sent straight though to Nurse Sally for further blood tests. Brilliant service. Also when I called in a couple of weeks ago to book a blood test and a face to face appointment. I was dealt with efficiently and politely by a lovely lady on the reception. I just wanted to say thank you and well done everyone. Karen
Excellent care from a very caring and concerned Dr Wahla who takes the time to listen and then discuss the best outcomes which can be achieved.
Always a friendly greeting from receptionists. However there isn’t a resident nurse at holly house surgery therefore you may get an appointment at welling surgery which if you don’t drive is a pain to get to. Still the 8 o’clock scramble to get an appointment!! Not your fault. Monday and Wednesday open appointments from 8-10 but if you don’t get there earlier you may not get an appointment so don’t get there at 8 o’clock. The surgery needs painting looks a terrible mess!!
Excellent staff aways friendly very helpful doctors & nurse excellent too
If it wasn't for Dr. Malika & Dr. Tahy, I don't think I'd stay at this surgery. Both of these Drs. go above and beyond! The reception staff are amazing as well and will do everything they can to get you your appointments. Only downside would be that on numerous occasions I've had to wait up to an hour on the phone to get through to the surgery.
It is with great pleasure that i am writing a positive review. The admin staff are very hepful. The doctors, Dr. Wahla in particular, do their job with great proficiency. Thank you.
Nurse Simi – A True Blessing! I just want to express my deepest gratitude to Nurse Simi for the incredible care she has given my daughter. She has administered my daughter’s vaccines three times now, and each time has been nothing short of amazing.
